All passengers aboard the Cypress Sea are required to fill out an Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability form. Diving is a safe sport; however it requires proper training and experience relative to the dive sites that you may encounter. We encourage you to read about the different types of charters that we offer prior to booking your trip.
Instructors, please keep in mind, public charters to Carmel Bay and Big Sur are not appropriate for beginning open water students.
You may download a waiver and fill it out in advance. Just remember to bring it on the day of your charter! (If you forget, it's okay, we have extras on the boat.)
